NEW APPLICATIONS + PLOT

HEY GUYS!
First of all, I'd like to thank you all for joining. I am so excited for this site and I cannot wait to really get things moving. So far there's been a lot of great feedback about the site, which is great! I'm happy to have made a place y'all like :] However, if you notice something or have any sort of constructive criticism (wow that word was surprisingly hard for me to spell!), then pass it my way!


NEW APPLICATIONS
There were actually quite a few people who have had trouble editing the applications. While I really liked the look of the apps, I decided to change it to make it easier to edit. The new application is in an interview style and meant to be answered in-character. It goes in more detail than the first application and is, in my opinion, much more interesting. The freeform application has also been changed to match the new application. In addition, the format for thread subjects has changed. I now ask that you make the subject title "LAST, first m."

No one is required to convert their previously accepted applications to the new ones. If you would like to do so, you'll need to re-submit it so I can look over it again, as the application has been changed a lot. You do not need to convert your applications unless you want to! And for anyone working on WIP applications, you can continue using the old application. I will be going through and editing thread titles to the new format for my sanity's sake. I believe that's it regarding the applications.

PLOT
Obviously we don't have any Keepers, which are massive points in the site's plot. I just wanted to let everyone know that there will be auditions for said Keepers once we have a larger member base. After that, the plot will be able to advance. There may be occasional site-wide events (and a possible contest for coins) in the future, so look out for those.
